Crynodeb
We are looking to recruit experienced Neonatal Nurses who are enthusiastic, forward thinking, compassionate and caring to complement our ever-expanding innovative team. Band 6 sisters run the unit on a day to day basis as a supernumerary shift coordinator. They are responsible for leading the nursing team ensuring the babies and their parents are at the center of everything we do . They uphold standards and are a role model to ensure quality of care is delivered to babies across the multidisciplinary team. Please see attached job description.
