Are you graduating in 2025 with a 2:1 or higher from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university?

Are you looking to launch a meaningful career in education while gaining hands-on classroom experience from day one?

A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Cambridge, part of a high-performing Multi Academy Trust, is seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates to join as Graduate Academic Mentors (Graduate Teaching Assistants) starting September 2025. This full-time, salaried role offers the chance to work alongside outstanding teachers, develop essential educational skills, and make a lasting impact on students’ learning journeys.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Support teaching in your subject area or across the curriculum as needed


      • Work 1:1 or in small groups to build student confidence and subject knowledge


      • Assist with lesson planning, classroom resources, and behaviour management


      • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment


      • Develop a strong understanding of school life and educational practice


        Who We’re Looking For:
        • Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a 2:1 or above, class of 2025 preferred


        • Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


        • Passionate about education and supporting young people


        • Interested in at least one of the listed subject areas


        • Proactive, dependable, and adaptable


        • Prior experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
