Are you enthusiastic about education and eager to gain hands-on classroom experience before beginning a teacher training programme?
A number of well-regarded secondary schools across Cambridge, all part of a growing and respected Multi Academy Trust, are offering an excellent opportunity for high-achieving graduates to join as Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistants from September 2025.
This paid, full-time role offers valuable experience working alongside skilled educators, supporting students, and developing a deep understanding of life in a successful secondary school.

Key Responsibilities:-
Supporting teaching and learning in your subject area or across the wider curriculum

Gaining insights into school operations, teaching strategies, and educational best practice
Who We’re Looking For:-
Final-year students or recent graduates with a 2:1 or above

Ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

Proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals

Strong interest in one or more of the subject areas listed above

Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring) is beneficial, but not essential
