Crynodeb

Make a real difference to households struggling with fuel poverty.

If you’re organised, friendly and want your work to have social impact, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Project Support Officer to support our Energy Advice services at Severn Wye – helping people stay warm and well in their homes while supporting the smooth running of our projects behind the scenes.

Our team delivers vital energy advice across local communities and administers grant funding on behalf of national and local funders. You’ll be central to our success – supporting the project manager, keeping accurate records, collating data, analysing results, and assisting the team to deliver quality services.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, is great with people and systems, and wants to be part of a mission-led organisation working for a fairer, more sustainable future.

Why work with us?

We’re a passionate, supportive and flexible workplace where people love what they do. You’ll receive full training, including the opportunity to gain a City & Guilds Level 3 in Energy Awareness. We offer a competitive salary, pension scheme, flexible working, and a warm, values-driven culture.

You’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about supporting people in fuel poverty while building a more energy-efficient future. This role is hybrid, based within commuting distance of our Gloucester office for occasional team meetings and support.

If you're ready to strengthen your career, broaden your experience, and help households in need, we’d love to hear from you.
