Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? My client is seeking an experienced Support Manager to play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our care homes.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide expert guidance and hands-on support to our care home teams, helping them uphold the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities
• Provide strong, supportive leadership across multiple homes.
• Recruit, mentor and develop care home managers and key team members.
• Foster a positive, inclusive working environment that reflects Kingsley’s values.
• Monitor and drive financial and operational performance, including occupancy and budget targets.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, proactively managing risk.
• Maintain high standards in care delivery and environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, regulators, and wider stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
• Experience managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
• NMC registration and relevant post-registration experience (preferred, not essential).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial oversight in care environments.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders.
