Great Opportunity for Residential Support Workers
Are you the sort of person who could make a real difference in a young persons life?
We are looking for Residential Support Workers. You do not need any experience just a commitment to our young people, an ability to manage challenges and to be able to use humour and life experience to diffuse situations.
If so, we need you to join our team. You will need to understand this is a home and therefore working some weekends and bank holidays is part of the role.
The role is demanding, the rota is organised over a set three-week pattern with sleep-ins which will enhance your pay. We offer comprehensive training package and career progression.

Requirements -
• Be 21 years old or above. this is following Ofsted regulations.
• Must hold a valid driving licence due to location.
Experience is not essential if you have the ability to relate to young people and have a good sense of humour, with the ability to take on a rewarding challenge.
We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be subject to fully Enhanced DBS.
