What skills and experience we're looking for
Responsibilities include providing a welcoming and professional reception and administration service, maintaining aspects of the schools MIS system, using other software and arranging and minuting meetings with other professionals. Our secretary will have excellent secretarial and communication skills and will be able support for the leadership team, pupils and parents. We offer a positive, friendly working environment with happy, hardworking children and professional, collegiate staff.

What the school offers its staff
Saxon Mount is part of the Torfield and Saxon Mount Academy Trust. The school secretary will work in our busy school offices as part of our Trust administrative team. This is a full time position for 37 hours per week.
Saxon Mount School is a successful special academy for secondary aged young people with autism, communication and associated learning difficulties.
