Vacancy for Administration Assistant
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 18 hours over 37.8 weeks of the year
Salary: Surrey Pay Grade PS4 (FTE between £24,275 and £25,993 pro-rata per annum)
Actual Salary: Between £10,118 and £11,029 depending on experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive administrator with great organisational qualities to join our school office team. This is an exciting opportunity to use first class administrative skills to support and ensure the smooth running of school operations. As part of a team, the role will suit somebody who works well using their own initiative, is proactive to address areas that can be improved, is calm under pressure and is good communicator. The work in the School Office is varied and therefore the successful applicant will need a keen eye for detail, excellent IT skills, with an excellent ability to multitask and prioritise.

• Has a high level of initiative and excellent communication skills
• Is able to multi-task and prioritise both their own workloads and those of others
We can offer you a supportive, friendly and professional environment to work in. Previous school office administration experience would be an advantage, but training will be given. You will be expected to complete an Enhanced DBS application prior to starting and you will also receive training in safeguarding.
We are looking to employ one person to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 8.15am until 3:15pm, 18 hours per week over 37.8 weeks per year on a permanent contract.
