Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting for experienced care and support workers to work as part of our new bridging support team – a specialist service supporting customers being discharged from hospital and back into their own homes.
It is expected that the support team will work across all areas of Harrogate and surrounding areas on a rolling shift pattern consisting of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
Previous care experience is essential for this role, together with a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
This is a fixed term role until 31st March 2026

Competitive rates of pay £13.00 per hour weekday and £13.50 per hour weekend,
Guaranteed hours and block pay. Fixed two weekly rota.
