Curriculum Development Manager – Pastoral Curriculum
Salary: £41,858 to £44,405 pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Working across the Group – Wakefield, Castleford, Selby
We are looking for a Curriculum Development Manager to join our team, where you will provide outstanding teaching and support to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential.
You will:
Assist the Head of Pastoral to provide leadership within a specific discipline for the development of up-to-date materials and resources to support curriculum development, teaching and learning.
Assist the Head of Curriculum with other aspects of staff management including coaching and mentoring of staff as appropriate (mainly new staff).
Ensuring timely completion and submission of registers, examinations and other student-related documentation and returns
Assist the Head of Pastoral to improve the delivery within the schemes of work and the assessment, recording and reporting of student achievement.
You will have:
Degree in Education or other related discipline, and/or industry experience
GCSE Maths & English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification or willingness to complete
