What skills and experience we're looking for
Teacher with demonstrable experience working with students with SEMH needs, across different key stages. Willingness to work across sites is essential (SIT Teachers work on site, local library and even pupils homes for those who are too unwell to attend normal school setting), as well as willingness to teach other subjects.Students at our Medical site can be below or well above expected targets for their year, teachers need to plan for this accordingly.
