This is a term-time only role, working 37 hours per week.


This role is based at Weston College's Loxton Campus.


Day to day duties of the role

  • Be a visible presence on campus, particularly around communal areas. Ensuring learner related issues are dealt with proactively.

  • Challenge inappropriate behaviour and promote positive behaviour, in line with the Student Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and agencies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent IT skills.

  • Awareness of mental health and physical challenges.

  • Ability to plan and prioritise own caseload and work without close supervision.
