This is a term-time only role, working 37 hours per week.
This role is based at Weston College's Loxton Campus.
Day to day duties of the role
- Be a visible presence on campus, particularly around communal areas. Ensuring learner related issues are dealt with proactively.
- Challenge inappropriate behaviour and promote positive behaviour, in line with the Student Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and agencies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent IT skills.
- Awareness of mental health and physical challenges.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own caseload and work without close supervision.
