Chrisanne Clover Ltd is a leading brand within an exciting international niche market supplying the dance and stage industry with fabrics, trimmings and costumes worldwide. Our Logistics Team receives, prepares and administrates orders for shipment worldwide.
We currently have a great opportunity for an on site team member in our Logistics Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with good numeracy and communication skills and an eye for detail.
Reporting to the Department Team Leader, you will be required to:
- handle and manage Chrisanne Clover products from receiving into the warehouse, storage, to prepping for internal and external customer orders, packing, despatch and invoicing with correct documentation to given standards and timescales.
As a member of the Chrisanne Clover Team, there is a shared purpose within the role of delivering all the activities required to meet customer expectations.
There is a requirement to assist across departments in the business for what is needed to be delivered.
The key objectives of the role will be to
• ensure that all orders received, are correctly processed and despatched in accordance with standard service levels or customer agreements.
• prepare paperwork for despatches accurately and to ensure timely receipt and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• receive, check in and administratively process product deliveries
• communicate with and support other team members across the company.
Specific duties include:
• prepping orders, including cutting fabric & trimmings and packing
• invoicing prepared orders using ‘Dynamics’ software, and complete any related administrative tasks.
• complete digital shipping documentation on courier software for packages being despatched
• physically take receipt of deliveries, including rolls up to 25kg each, physically check each delivery against paperwork and administer each delivery digitally
• use a folding machine to create boards of fabric from rolls
• maintain a tidy warehouse, to ensure stock is stored carefully and located easily.
• communications with other departments within the company, particularly sales
• deal with relating administrative tasks
• deliver high levels of customer service and responsiveness.
• support with preparations for exhibitions and company events.
• flexibility is essential and support of other roles is expected.
The successful candidate should have:
• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
• Windows based IT Skills
• Able to identify fabrics and colours accurately
• Previous Warehouse experience, an advantage
• Enjoy being part of a Team
Must be eligible to work in the UK
20 days holiday, increasing after 2 years service, pension, good transport links and free on-site parking, bonus scheme, occasional overtime. Full training will be given.
