Reports to: Logistics Coordinator / Event Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive C&E (Conferences & Events) Logistics Support Staff member to join our team at Fulham Pier. You will play a vital role in the smooth setup, operation, and breakdown of events, ensuring all logistics are executed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture, AV equipment, signage, and other event materials

  • Ensure all deliveries, collections, and stock movements are accurately managed and logged

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and event spaces

  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support event logistics

  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults or damages

  • Support the team in adhering to event schedules and last-minute requests

  • Uphold health & safety and venue compliance procedures at all times

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in events, logistics, or a similar operational support role preferred

  • Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment as required

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude and attention to detail

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

Desirable:
  • Forklift or manual handling training (if applicable)

  • Familiarity with event software or inventory tracking systems
