Applications are welcome subject to the following requirements: 1. At least 4 years mental health experience 2. Prior experience of delivering CBT interventions in clinical services 3. If applying with a core profession (see list on JD) you will usually have 2 years post qualifying experience 4. Be committed to the implementation of psychological interventions for people with complex and severe mental health problems 6. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment and in the face of high clinical demand.
