Crynodeb
Main Purpose: To enhance the standards of stations across the GTSR network with particular attention to the MSS scores. Help raise the awareness around maintaining higher cleaning standards and general look of stations. Deliver additional training to enhance team abilities
Duties: • Delivering soft service/grounds maintenance tasks and finding solutions for clients including ways of raising MSS scores
• Cleaning stations, and internal and external high-level areas, to a high Standard when required.
• High-level cleaning of waiting shelters and glazing using access/specialist equipment where Soft Services team are unable to reach.
• Assisting the Soft Services team with difficult tasks requiring Ladders and towers.
• Liaising with Hard Services team to support areas within MSS scoring matrix
• Carry out cleaning/minor maintenance to benches and waiting shelters/rooms using company-approved product supplies only.
• Work on the site-specific RAMs for the contract and as detailed within safety briefings. Work as part of the team to deliver the highest Station standards for the client.
• Maintain high customer service standards, working alongside the client and teams.
• Provide training and support to Soft Services team to ensure full awareness of MSS.
• Suitable Presentation and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to be consistently maintained whilst on site.

Skills & Knowledge • Experience in vegetation removal
• A proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, including written word and verbal
• Machine Training/handyperson equipment.

• PTS or equivalent
• DBS
• IPAF(Not essential)
