Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to identify their needs and offer personalised service solutions.
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Address customer questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outbound calls experience.
Enthusiastic, approachable, and results-driven attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Basic maths and computer skills.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
