Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location(s): Birmingham
We are looking for an experienced Heating Customer Delivery Manager to lead a team of around 12 engineers across multiple locations. Reporting to the M&E Heating Service and Repair Programme Manager, you’ll oversee heating repairs, maintenance, Empty Homes work, and servicing. You will ensure quality assurance and control across all service delivery, while coaching and motivating your team to meet targets.
To be successful, you must have completed a recognised apprenticeship and hold an NVQ Level 3 in HVAC or equivalent. You should have extensive experience in heating engineering, from design and installation to testing and client handover, as well as team management experience in a customer-focused environment.
Essential qualifications include Core Gas Safety (CCN1), SSCS Cert (or equivalent), and a Level 3 Gas Audit qualification. Experience in heating maintenance, testing, and installation is a must, along with strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and unsafe situation procedures in the gas industry.
Key Qualifications:

- Gas Safe "Registered Person" and Level 3 Gas Audit qualifications.
