About Us:
Noah’s Ark is a warm, nurturing, and inclusive early years learning environment dedicated to helping children thrive in their most important developmental years. Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Pre-school Manager to lead our team of 4 EYFS practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development, demonstrate a nurturing attitude, and be committed to fostering a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate learning
experiences for children aged 2.5–4 years.
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging play environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with families and colleagues to support each child’s
growth.
• Uphold the preschool’s values, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in staff meetings and professional
development.
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum level 3 qualification in early years education and childcare.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a preschool or early years setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.
