Crynodeb

The British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth) is seeking a dynamic and organised Membership Engagement & Development Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role supports the growth, engagement, and professional development of our membership community, helping to advance the field of dramatherapy across the UK.

Working remotely and flexibly (full-time or part-time), the postholder will lead on three key areas:

Member Communication & Engagement: Enhancing the member experience through effective communication, social media, newsletters, and volunteer support.
CPD & Professional Development: Coordinating a diverse and profitable CPD programme, including our annual conference, and ensuring high-quality learning opportunities for members.
Membership Growth & Diversification: Developing strategies to grow and diversify our membership, particularly among underrepresented groups and the pre-qualified workforce.
The role involves collaboration with key partners such as BAMT and BAAT, and includes occasional evening or weekend meetings. You’ll need excellent communication, digital, and organisational skills, and experience in membership services, events, or professional development. Knowledge of dramatherapy or the arts therapies sector is desirable but not essential.

Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time).
Application deadline: Sunday 20 July 2025
Interviews: Week commencing 4 August 2025 (online)
