Youth Worker Wanted
Location: KC Active, Kings Cliffe
Do you have a passion for supporting young people? Are you creative, energetic, and ready to make a real impact in your community?
We’re looking for a Youth Worker to help deliver fun, safe, and engaging sessions for children and young people aged 4–11.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Planning and delivering weekly youth groups and events
Creating engaging, inclusive activities
Supporting and growing our amazing volunteer team
Ensuring safe, fun environments that support development
Helping with event planning, social media, and more!
About You:
Confident working with children and young people
A team player with a positive attitude
Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practices
Able to plan, prepare and lead youth sessions
(Experience and/or qualifications in youth work desirable)
Role Details:
Term-time only (39 weeks)
Part-time hours – Thursdays 17:00-19:00hrs
Hourly rate: £18.00
12-month contract with 3-month probation
Enhanced DBS and references required
