Job Summary

You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional administrative support to faculty, staff, and students. No previous experience will be necessary as training will be provided. As long as you have good English communication abilities, Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a can-do attitude, you are an ideal candidate. This role is specifically suited for university-leavers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary point of contact for student inquiries
• Provide support to students and staff
• Coordinate events, seminars, and meetings
• Gather student feedback through surveys and reports
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive student matters
Required Qualifications:
• A-Levels or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work products
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Being flexible to work on Saturdays during term time
• Primarily office-based work with occasional campus events
• Regular computer use and data entry required
• May require occasional evening hours during peak periods
