Mon – Fri 8.05am to 3.05pmTerm Time only + 5 INSET days
We are looking for an administrator to ensure the effective operation of systems and procedures within the Blessed Mary Ward Autism Resource.
The successful candidate will
• Establish effective working relationships with students, parents and colleagues• Work well under pressure and prioritise effectively• Be passionate, flexible and proactive in the role• Support practices to promote positive pupil behaviour• Ensure compliance with statutory Health and Safety requirements
Duties include:
• Preparation of paperwork for Annual Reviews
• Taking and distributing minutes for Annual Reviews and other key meetings
• Supporting the Head of Autism Resource with administration tasks
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring the effective storage of resources
• Liaising with the LSA Assistant Manager regarding TA timetables and deployment
• Ensuring the timely ordering of resources required across the BMW Centre
