Are you a hands-on, motivated leader with a passion for maintaining high standards across outdoor spaces? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an experienced Grounds & Siting Manager to join our team at our large, thriving Holiday Park.
Nestled in beautiful surroundings and popular with holidaymakers year-round, our park offers an exceptional guest experience with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and comfort. We take great pride in our well-kept grounds and seamless siting of new holiday homes—and that’s where you come in.
As Grounds & Siting Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of our park’s extensive grounds. You’ll also oversee the delivery, siting, and commissioning of new static caravans and lodges, ensuring everything is done safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all grounds maintenance activities including landscaping, grass cutting, road/path upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
- Oversee the siting and de-siting of caravans and lodges, including positioning, levelling, anchoring, and connections (gas, electric, water, waste).
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and park procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the grounds and siting team.
- Maintain all tools and machinery in good working order.
- Liaise with park management, sales, and external contractors.
- Support site improvement and development projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar grounds or site management role, ideally within a holiday park, leisure, or construction setting.
- Practical knowledge of siting procedures and caravan utilities (desirable).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Relevant qualifications in grounds maintenance, H&S, or plant operation (advantageous).
