We are looking for a Business Support Analyst in computing to support business operations
Key Responsibilities:
Identifies and recommends measurable improvements to business processes and IT systems, with clear documentation of as-is and to-be states.
Providing technical support to users, resolving software, and network issues, and facilitating access to systems.
Gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and potentially creating user manuals or training materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and identify problems, and develop solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent support and ensure user satisfaction.
