Summary
Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation
Promatrix Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Enterprise Data Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Automation. The ideal candidate will lead critical data-driven initiatives, spearheading the modernization of data ecosystems, driving workflow automation, and delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of transformation programs that optimize operational efficiency and enable strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the implementation of Cloud-based Data Platforms and Intelligent Automation solutions to streamline data processes and eliminate legacy bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement scalable, future-proof data management frameworks.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for cost-effective data solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end business process automation initiatives, utilizing Business Process Management (BPM) tools to optimize operational workflows.
• Analyse current state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting solution approaches for data and process transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts and Developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Own functional design, business requirements documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams for data and automation projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from business analysis through to solution delivery, adhering to Agile methodologies.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, functional testing, and change management activities to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, leading enterprise data transformation and process automation projects across industries.
• Strong expertise in data management platforms, cloud-based data ecosystems, and API-driven architectures.
• Proven experience in collaborating with technology vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools, preferably Appian or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL querying, data analysis, and business intelligence tools (OBIEE, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid foundation in Design Thinking and Lean Digital methodologies.
