HLTALaunde Primary School are Hiring!Launde Primary School is a large 3 form entry primary school, that is on a rapid improvement journey. We are keen to invest and build staff skills and support all of our children’s needs to ensure they can be the best that they can be!We are seeking to expand of team of HLTAs to enhance the capacity and support across our school.The post is for a HLTA that will be responsible for providing regular cover for one subject for Years 1-6.This is a fixed term maternity cover for one academic year.Do you have a passion for education and a desire to support young learners?Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across various subjects and year groups.Providing support to teachers in delivering the curriculum effectively.Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.Maintaining a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development .Engaging with students to promote learning and academic progress.Requirements:
Possession of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (essential)Previous experience working as a HLTA (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles (desirable)Commitment to upholding the school's values and ethos (essential)What We Can Offer You:
