We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Lettings Officer WCR 2 to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage the lettings process for residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries and applications.
Conduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information regarding properties and community.
Screen and assess tenant applications, including conducting background checks and verifying references to ensure suitability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lettings and related activities within the management system.
Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Respond promptly to tenant queries and concerns, providing excellent customer service to resolve issues.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with housing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience in property management or lettings, preferably in a temporary or contract role.
Strong knowledge of relevant housing laws, regulations, and best practices in property lettings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A customer-focused mindset, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and environments.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.89
