Crynodeb
The post holder would be joining an established senior tier and would support the training and supervision of the junior team members, as well as key performance indicators and service developments. The successful candidate will be expected to work on the therapy seven day working rota, of a 1:6 frequency with compensatory rest days in the following week, as well as being part of the on call service. The ED and AAU team cover a service from 8am 6pm, seven days a week and as a member of this team there would be requirements to cover some of these shifts. We can offer you training opportunities to develop your specialist skills in line with your PDR. We have senior leadership training opportunities on a regular basis as well courses funded externally.
