Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 3-12+ months of experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) learners. This experience could have been gained in mainstream school settings with SEN learners, or specifically within an SEN environment.
  • We warmly welcome applicants with transferable skills from other care-focused roles, such as SEN care, residential care, personal assistance to SEN individuals, or fostering. Your experience in providing dedicated support and understanding individual needs will be highly valued.
  • UK-based experience is essential.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must, enabling clear and effective communication with students, staff, and parents.
  • A pass grade in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) is required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • The opportunity to work in a truly outstanding school environment, recognised for its commitment to student success and well-being.
  • A highly supportive and collaborative team of dedicated professionals.
  • Access to ongoing professional development and training tailored to SEN education, empowering you to grow your expertise.
  • The profound satisfaction of contributing to the academic and personal achievements of exceptional young people.

If you are ready to embrace a challenging yet immensely rewarding role, and you meet the above criteria, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our school's mission to empower every learner.
