An established and growing business based in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a confident and capable Administrator to become the first point of contact for visitors and customers, and to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What's On Offer:

  • Competitive salary between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • Full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Generous company pension scheme
  • Supportive team environment with room to grow

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the friendly and professional face of the business, front of house and on the phones
  • Managing incoming enquiries and supporting customer service processes
  • Handling a range of administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document control
  • Processing and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts in collaboration with the finance team
  • Supporting other departments with admin as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an office admin or front-of-house role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone
  • Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and accounting/invoicing systems
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company in a stable, long-term role with real responsibility. If you're ready to bring your admin skills to a business that values reliability, initiative and professionalism - we'd love to hear from you.
