work placements whilst building effective relationships with Employers supporting economic growth and enhancing the reputation of the College.
The role also involves providing training and support to students, business colleagues and families to ensure successful skill learning and assimilation for the student into the work environment.
You will be approachable, self-motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of young and vulnerable people. You will have a positive and flexible attitude to work, have the ability to take the initiative as required and independently solve problems. You must be a supportive and co-operative team player.
