Location: Bewdley (Wribbenhall side), Worcestershire.
Hours: Part-time – 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (15:30PM - 18:00PM)
Salary: Exceeds National Living Wage

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to join our Bewdley team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our school facilities are clean, hygienic, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks as needed, including mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting in classrooms, offices, reception areas, hallways, kitchens, and toilets.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the premises meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, order replacements as necessary, and ensure essential consumables (e.g., toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soaps, and sanitisers) are replenished.
• Address any on-site issues promptly and report to management as required.
• You may be responsible for locking and unlocking the building
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a cleaning role, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a DBS criminal record check.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
