About the role.




We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our busy Finance team for a 12-month fixed term
contract to cover parental leave.




This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate and value-driven purchasing processes across
our group.




You’ll be the go-to person for all internal, direct and indirect spend, helping ensure we follow robust procurement procedures,
maintain data integrity and make informed purchasing decisions.




It’s a role that will really utilise your great communication skills and ability to juggle tasks.

Key responsibilities.




* Act as the central point of contact for internal purchases, managing orders through our SAP S4 Hana ERP system.
* Support colleagues across departments with procurement queries, liaising with subject matter experts and suppliers where
required.
* Review and validate purchasing requests, challenging requirements and escalating risks where appropriate.
* Monitor vendor compliance, terms and conditions, and pricing – ensuring we work with trusted and cost-effective suppliers.
* Contribute to cost recharges and credit card reconciliation.
* Uphold data accuracy by standardising procurement processes and minimising errors.
* Produce regular procurement reports and assist with contract management.



What you will need.




Essential:



* Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive, detail-focused approach with a commitment to process and accuracy.



Desirable:



* CIPS qualification.
* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
