About the role.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk on a 3-month fixed term
contract.
This role plays an important part in supporting the smooth running of our accounts payable function, processing transactions
accurately and efficiently while helping the wider finance team maintain strong operational controls and high standards.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in Finance and across the business to manage daily processing, support month-end, and
contribute to continual process improvements.

Responsibilities will include:
* Processing daily invoices, expenses, and payment runs
* Matching payments made and reconciling accounts
* Managing incoming queries and departmental mailboxes
* Supporting month-end procedures in line with timetables
* Maintaining accurate records and promoting digital archiving
* Assisting with external audits and compliance requirements
* Identifying opportunities to improve systems and reporting
* Supporting ad hoc finance projects and team-wide collaboration
About you.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally bring experience in accounts payable and a good understanding of finance
processes.
You will also need to be:
* Detail-oriented with a methodical approach
* Comfortable managing routine processing and high volumes
* A good communicator, able to work cross-functionally
* A team player who’s adaptable, proactive, and supportive
* Professional and discreet in handling financial information
Desirable:
* Experience working with finance systems and process improvements
* Confidence in using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
