Location : Peterborough
Salary: Up to £26k per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm – 2:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30am – 3:00pm (optional)
DC Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing supplier of bathroom suites, tiles, and interior products based in Peterborough. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Warehouse Operative.
This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and successful team.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, check and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Assist with stock control and conduct regular stock checks
• Work closely with the showroom and sales team to fulfil customer orders
• Load and unload deliveries
• Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift training provided where necessary)
• Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and returns
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar operational role preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
• Good level of computer literacy for stock and order entry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, motivated, and a team player
• Good communication and time management skills
