CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT – GRADE 3

£22,995 - £25,448 pa

Residential Services are seeking to recruit individuals to provide a comprehensive customer service. Duties will include working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required. You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential.

A uniform will be provided the post is full time 35 hours per week, 7.45am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility with hours is required.

Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the skilled worker route, you will therefore need to demonstrate your own right to work in the UK.
