Wish you could spend more time with students but have virtually no planning or marking? If you’re passionate about supporting students in small groups or 1:1 sessions, this could be your perfect role.

You’ll need to be…

- proactive and caring
- happy to use your initiative
- a real team player
- an experienced teacher with a teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed)

What you’ll be doing…

- running drop-in workshops and using your skills where learning happens to support students with specific challenges, such as dyslexia and autism
- supporting and monitoring a caseload of students with EHCPs
- advising and supporting teaching and learning support staff on how best to facilitate success for our students

This is largely a term time role (38 weeks). A few days fall outside term time to support SEND interview evenings across the academic year. This also includes supporting the enrolment process where you’ll talk to new students and share information about our outstanding offering.
