Crynodeb
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator on behalf of our very successful Royston based client.
Due to expansion, there is a requirement for another negotiator to join the team.
Essential Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an estate agency, working as a sales negotiator.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals.
• Target driven with excellent negotiation skills.
• A confident communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car.
The Role:
• Generating and converting sales leads.
• Conducting viewings and progressing sales.
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Carrying our general admin as required.
Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 6 pm (The office is also open Saturday 9 am -4 pm and Sunday 10 am -2 pm and if covering the weekend you will get time off during the week)
Basic salary from £25,000 pa + OTE to £60,000 pa
