Summary

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency in Royston.

The ideal candidate will have some estate agency experience behind them.

The Person:

• Some estate agency experience is essential
• Must have excellent inter-personal skills and thrive in a team environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Smart professional appearance
• Competent IT skills
• A full UK driving licence is essential

Must also have your own car

The Role:

• Based in the Royston office, you will be carrying out all sales activities within the branch to include dealing directly with clients.
• Carrying out accompanied viewings of client properties and negotiating and agreeing sales.
• All other tasks as required.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and every other Saturday 9 am to 4 pm with a day off in lieu for workig on the Saturday.

Basic £25,000 pa + OTE of £35,000 pa + mileage expenses paid
