With our previous Chef moving on to new opportunities we are looking for a fresh face to bring creativity and leadership to our kitchen team. Blas Na Mara is a much loved seafood takeaway and this is a great chance to shape our shack as we head into a busy summer season.

What you will do:

Lead the day to day running of a fast paced seafood takeaway kitchen
Prepare and cook fresh seafood
Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering and managing stock
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
Develop seasonal menus and weekly specials
Train and guide junior staff when required
