Summary
With our previous Chef moving on to new opportunities we are looking for a fresh face to bring creativity and leadership to our kitchen team. Blas Na Mara is a much loved seafood takeaway and this is a great chance to shape our shack as we head into a busy summer season.
What you will do:
- Lead the day to day running of a fast paced seafood takeaway kitchen
- Prepare and cook fresh seafood
- Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering and managing stock
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Develop seasonal menus and weekly specials
- Train and guide junior staff when required
