We are seeking a passionate Qualified QTS/PGCE Primary Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive Primary school community in Gravesend near Northfleet. - Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with SEND.
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that fosters engagement, independence, and academic progress.
- Work closely with both Teaching Assistants and also with the SENCO to aid the Learning of children with SEN support needs.
- Monitor student progress closely and adapt teaching methods and resources to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement, behaviour, and interventions.
- Work closely with families, support staff, and multi-agency professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour through effective classroom management and modelling respectful communication.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, participating in enrichment activities, school events, and staff development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- A degree in education or a relevant subject area
- A strong understanding of differentiated teaching.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- A patient, resilient, and flexible approach to Teaching
- A genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
