The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community from September 2025. In this role, you will work directly with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Your duties will include assisting the class teacher with differentiation, implementing individual support plans, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children with SEN, excellent communication skills, and a calm, nurturing approach.
