TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Alternative provision in Nottinghamshire who are looking to secure a SEND Teacher / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Teacher as soon as possible for the foreseeable future.
The provision offer a range of National Curriculum subjects, vocational qualifications, Functional Skills, Life-Skills, and Forest Schools, alongside other programmes for pupils who need a more tailored approach.
The right SEND Teacher must have experience working with SEND pupils and a qualified teacher status.
A full and clean UK drivers licence and access to a car, is required.
The ideal SEND Teacher / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities teacher will have:
• The ability to follow the National Curriculum and provide creative lessons
• Positive approach to teaching
• The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils
• Fantastic classroom management
In return the successful SEND Teacher / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities teacher will receive:
• Sufficient time to plan and prepare lessons
