We're recruiting a Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our client, a vibrant software business based in Macclesfield.
This is the perfect role if you enjoy the buzz of juggling different projects and keeping things moving. You'll be the bridge between clients and developers, making sure everything runs to plan and seeing each onboarding project through from start to finish.

Details / Benefits of the Client Onboarding Coordinator:
• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
• Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm on Fridays
• Holidays: 23 days plus bank hols, plus 1 'Recharge Day' for you to do something just for you, and an extra day for volunteering

What will you be doing as the Client Onboarding Coordinator?
• Taking over once the sales team has signed a new client - you'll be managing the onboarding process from start to finish
• Acting as the link between the client and the developers, making sure timelines are hit and everything is built as planned
• Chasing up any client input needed and keeping everyone updated along the way
• Presenting the finished platform to the client and managing any last tweaks
• Once onboarding is complete, handing over to the ongoing Client Success team
What do you need in order to be considered for the role of Client Onboarding Coordinator?
• A minimum of 1 year in a B2B client-facing role
• Strong organisational skills
