Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator.
Hyde is a leading provider of affordable homes, dedicated to helping people access safe and high-quality housing. With a strong focus on community impact, we work to create sustainable, thriving neighbourhoods while supporting our customers build better futures.
As an Administrator at Hyde you will be working within the Business Development and Sales & Marketing teams to provide professional, organised and flexible administrative support, enabling the effective and smooth-running of core operations.
Responsibilities
Provide PA and administrative support across the Business Development and Sales & Marketing teams
Coordinate meetings, travel, diaries and prepare supporting documentation
Process invoices, maintain audit files, and assist with financial record-keeping
Maintain and manage databases, input handover and scheme data, and track documentation
Assist with special projects and external supplier coordination
Compile reports and presentations, and send out and analyse resident satisfaction surveys
Skills and Experience Required
Exceptional organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Essential: Proficiency in IT systems
Essential: Prior administrative experience, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple workstreams
Essential: Previous experience in processing invoices efficiently and on time
Desirable: Experience in diary management
