Role: Agriculture lecturer (maternity cover)

Salary: £25-35 p/h
We are working with a wonderful college in the heart of the Northampton countryside with specialist facilities in terms of Agriculture with over 400 hectacres of landscape you would be joining a supportive and collaberative team.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience and sound knowledge of arable, livestock and farm machinery
Additional qualifications such as NPTC in Tractor Proficiency, PA certificates or safe telehandler operation certificates.
You will also hold or be prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education)
Have obtained a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and are committed to, and have evidence of CPD
Role duties:
Teaching and training of students
Tutoring and management of one or more courses or groups of students, along with development of agricultural courses
Further requirements of this role will be to participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure learners customers and clients receive exemplary service
