Permanent – All Year Round
Flexible Start August 2025
We are looking to appoint two permanent, part-time Sports Lettings Supervisors from August 2025 (flexible start date).
Sports Lettings Supervisors will be responsible for providing a safe, welcoming facility which offers excellent customer service for our community users. Postholders will undertake a range of duties including the set-up and movement of equipment, some general cleaning and/or maintenance tasks and reception cover. In order to cover a total of 45 hours per week, each postholder will work between 15 and 30 hours per week to cover the following hours:
Monday-Friday - 4.30pm – 9.30pm
Saturday-Sunday - 8.30am – 6.30pm
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An ability to work effectively under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a commitment to providing excellent customer service (desirable but not essential)
• Experience of working in a sports facility environment (desirable but not essential)
