Hours: Full-time, shift-based (including sleep-ins)
Driving Licence: Full UK Manual required

Requirements:
• Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting young people with complex needs
• At least 1 year of experience leading shifts and mentoring staff
• A natural leader with a nurturing, resilient, and proactive approach
• A full UK manual driving licence
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the Home Manager to run the home efficiently and safely
• Lead, inspire, and support a team of Support Workers
• Deliver high-quality care tailored to each young person’s individual needs
• Ensure compliance with care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding policies
• Be a positive role model, promoting growth, resilience, and life skills
• Complete supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings
• Plan and manage daily shifts, overseeing all aspects of care and wellbeing
• Keep clear, accurate records and contribute to documentation and care reviews
